THE STRATEGY:

  1. Build the Website with E-commerce: We launched our dynamic online platform, www.iamheshima.org, enabling supporters to engage and contribute effortlessly.

  2. Review Branding: Ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand presence across all platforms was essential. We undertook a thorough review of our branding to maintain a unified message and identity.

  3. Create an Official Hashtag: We introduced the official hashtag #IamHeshimaOrg, allowing us to build a recognizable and powerful online community.

  4. Create New Possibilities with Patreon: By leveraging Patreon, we opened new avenues for sustained support and engagement with our mission.

  5. Develop a Strategic Posting Calendar: Utilizing existing data, we crafted a strategic posting calendar designed to maximize our reach and impact across social media.

  6. Create an Instagram Strategy: We developed a targeted approach for Instagram, focusing on visual storytelling and community engagement.

  7. Create a Google My Business Listing: To enhance our visibility and credibility, we established a Google My Business listing, making it easier for people to find and support us.



THE RESULTS:

  • Enhanced Facebook Reach: Our Facebook reach has soared, now reaching 2 to 3 times more than the number of followers on our page, amplifying our message far and wide.

  • Broadened Influence: Our page now consistently reaches beyond our immediate circle of influence, averaging 150 visits daily, showcasing the growing interest and support for our cause.

  • Rapid Sponsorship: The impact of our efforts is evident, with children receiving sponsorships within no more than 7 minutes after being featured on Facebook.

  • Sustained Support via Patreon: We are proud to report a steady $350 CAD monthly from our Patreon supporters, providing crucial ongoing funding for our initiatives.

  • Mobilized Social Media Army: I Am Heshima now boasts a dedicated social media army, ready to engage and amplify our message whenever needed.
